About Shaundria Woodard
Shaundria Woodard, Life Member #1960, committed to family and community is proud to announce my candidacy for the 2026-2028 Southwestern Region Anti-Grammateus.
Since my induction into Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. in 2005, my sorority journey has been defined by a steadfast commitment to governance, accountability, and the advancement of the organization’s mission. My experience reflects not only longevity, but purposeful service grounded in integrity and respect for the sorority’s legacy.
Throughout my tenure, I have had the honor of serving in several key leadership roles, including Chapter Basileus, 1st Anti-Basileus, 4th Anti-Basileus, Elections Chair, Nominations Chair, and Southwestern Region Anti-Grammateus. Each role required sound judgment, policy knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to ethical leadership. My service in these capacities underscores a deep understanding of organizational structure, parliamentary procedure, and responsible stewardship.
My leadership philosophy is rooted in preparation, consistency, and service. I believe that effective leadership is not performative, but dependable—demonstrated through accountability, ethical decision-making, and a genuine commitment to collective progress.
In addition to my leadership roles, my extensive community service record and involvement in both local and national initiatives further reflect my dedication to Sigma Gamma Rho’s mission of enhancing the quality of life within the community. I am a proud member of the Gamma Sigma Chapter where I currently serve as the Chapter Epistoleus. I am also an active member of the Southwestern Region Military Initiatives Committee and serves as Chairperson of the Gamma Sigma Charitable and Educational Foundation (GSCEF). In this role, I oversee board governance, strategic planning, and initiatives that directly support scholarships and meaningful community impact.
My journey continues to be guided by service, stewardship, and an enduring commitment to the principles of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
